📌 Use equal amounts of base and catalyst. Don’t keep them separate

📌 Place the loaded tray over your teeth first

— then slowly and evenly press it down using both sides at the same time.

📌 Hold still after pressing

— resting your elbows on a table can help

📌 Salivating is totally normal

— try not to swallow, as it might shift the tray
